Sales Tax

Edgewood Press, Inc., is obligated to collect sales tax for shipments within California. Schools located in other states are not subject to tax collection by Edgewood Press, Inc. California schools which desire to claim sales tax exemption for resale must provide a resale certification (we will provide the applicable form upon request).

Invoicing

The invoice for your folder order will be sent following shipment of your order. Terms are net 30 days. Orders that are paid by credit card will be invoiced (marked PAID) following completion of the credit card transaction and shipment of the order.

Terms & Conditions

1)	Invoices are sent the day order ships. Payment is required within 30 days. Accounts 30 days past due will incur 1.5% interest per month.
2)	Shipping is FOB destination via Fed Ex Ground or motor freight carrier. Faster delivery service may be requested for an extra charge.
3)	If folders are returned to Edgewood Press, Inc. because no one was available to receive the shipment or if freight is rerouted, the customer is liable for any additional freight charges.
4)	K-12 Production time starts the day after order is received. Orders received June thru September production time is up to 45 days. Orders received October thru May production time is 3 weeks. (Additional transit time add 1 to 7 business days. Hawaii and Alaska additional time required) University Production time is 2 weeks from proof approval date.
5)	Proofs are sent via e-mail to one e-mail address. Delays in proof returned will delay shipment. One additional proof will be sent if necessary with any revisions. Additional proofs may incur charges.
6)	Proof approval is final, changes after approval is received will incur charges. If order is printed no changes can be made.
7)	Cancellation Charges: No charges will be incurred until the Art Department has begun working on your proof. Once the Art Department has begun working on your proof a cancellation charge will be incurred. Charges will depend on the time that has been invested in your order. Minimum charge is $25.00.
