What is the difference between a Mascot and a Student Handbook Folder? 

The Mascot Folder™ prints on the Front cover, Back cover and on both flaps.  The Student Handbook Folder prints on the Front cover, Back cover, both flaps and also includes the area above the flaps on the inside of the folder.

What is a one color folder?

When counting how many ink colors you are using DO NOT COUNT WHITE as a color since the paper is white.  A blue and white folder is a one color folder. A blue and yellow folder is a 2 color folder.

Does it cost extra if I use my own artwork or text?

NO, there is no additional charge for using your own artwork and/or text.

How do I get my order to you?

You may submit your order online by using our online order form, by e-mail @, or mail.  If you are e-mailing your order you will need to fax the order form to 714-289-7010 at the same time you e-mail your art/text.  If you are using all stock items we can take your order by phone at 800-533-1236.

Can I place my order by phone?

On repeat orders without any changes we can take your order by phone.  If you are using all stock items you may place your order by phone. However we do ask that you have all the information including what lay-out style and wording you want for your front cover before calling to place your order.

Can I see a proof before you print?

Yes, we will e-mail a proof before printing. Please check proof completely. We will send 1 revised proof for any changes or corrections. Additional proofs may incur charges.

Can you e-mail proof to more than one e-mail address?

No, sending the proof to more than one person increases the chance of receiving changes after another person has sent us the proof approval.  The person getting the proof may forward the proof to other addresses. Once proof approval is received the order is then printed.

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is 250. You may order in increments of 50 over 250 (250, 300, 350…and so on).

When will I be billed?  

We will mail the invoice the day your order is shipped.  Payment is due within 30 days.

Do you accept Purchase Orders? 

Yes, you can send the Purchase Order with the original order.  You may also send us your order and note that the Purchase Order is in process if your district allows it.  We can start processing your order but can not ship the order until the Purchase Order is received via fax, mail or e-mail.

Do you accept Credit Cards? 

Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Can you hold my order until school reopens?

Yes, when placing your order just note the day that the school staff will return on a full time basis and ask us not to ship before that date. We will print your order and hold it until the day you requested.

Can you ship to my home?

Yes, we can ship to a residence address. Fed Ex charges a residential delivery surcharge that will be added to your invoice.  If you are a new customer placing an order we require advance payment before we can ship to a home address.
